PJK Capital is a financial advisory firm founded in August 2012 by experienced Investment Banking colleagues in Equity and Debt Capital Markets.
With the philosophies of "utilizing our best skills, experience, and effort to make a difference for our Clients", we strive to provide the best advice, and deliver the most efficient executions to meet the Clients' objectives.
We do aim to grow strong in the Relationships with and the Satisfaction of our Clients rather than to grow big on numbers of transactions and the top line. We; thus, dedicate our time to each and individual transaction/deal to not only deliver the best services, but to share our knowledge and experience to the Clients.

Provide Financial Advisory Services on :

Debt instruments, i.e. bill of exchange, debentures, convertible debentures, REIT²,
Equity instruments, i.e. common stock, warrants,
Merger and Acquisition,
Debt Restructuring,
Loan Portfolio Assessments both corporate loans and consumer loans,
Obtaining the Company’s Credit Rating from Credit Rating Agencies,

Perform Due Diligence :

On a firm's financial status,
On loan portfolio,
To prepare the company information and memorandum to submit to SEC¹,

Perform Project Feasibility Study.

Liaise with SEC¹ and/or SET³ and/or ThaiBMA⁴ on related transactions.
